About The Role:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Workers and Machine Operators, to join the Priestley's family, on our day shift (6:00am - 2:06pm). You will be an integral part of our production team, in our baked goods division. You'll help manage, prepare, mix, and bake a variety of delicious products, ensuring each item meets our high standards for quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain baking equipment and machinery.
  • Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately.
  • Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results.
  • Garnish baked goods on the process line
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a food production or bakery environment (preferred).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Physically fit (with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment).
