Graphics and Visual Communications Designer

Introduction:
Bennett + Bennett Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Graphics and Visual Communications Designer to create and deliver high-quality digital, graphic, and video assets that support marketing, brand, and business development initiatives across the group. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for producing engaging visual content that strengthens and promotes the Bennett + Bennett Holdings Group brand.

About the Role
This is a hands-on design role focused on visual execution rather than content strategy or channel ownership. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and content specialists to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and on-brand visual assets.
You will:
Design and maintain digital and print-ready assets including capability statements, pull-up banners, posters, project sheets, presentations, templates, and branded documents.
Prepare assets for use across digital platforms, social media, presentations, EDMs and print.
Design and produce short form video and motion content based on approved briefs. Edit video footage, apply basic motion graphics, captions, and formatting.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between messaging and design.
About You
3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional services environment.
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
Proven ability to create and deliver marketing content that drives measurable results.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
