Sales Assistant

About the role

We're looking for a happy and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our team at The Station Store in Longreach, Queensland. This part-time position will see you providing excellent customer satisfaction and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This role would suit someone with a love for our outback world.

What you'll be doing

· Deliver on a great heritage inspired customer service experience with high levels of satisfaction aligned with our brand promise.

· Customer service - processing sales and interacting with the customers.

· Answer store phone calls and emails as directed by supervisor/management.

· Maintaining a high standard of presentation within selected are in-store

· Follow all quality control systems.

· Follow all store systems and procedures.

· Follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Follow the Station Store's Code of Conduct book

· Processing of stock

· Maintaining cleanliness of the allocated stock processing area

· Keep stock storerooms to the standard required by management.

· Record freight movements in and out of the store

· Opening and closing of store when required by management.
