What You'll Do:

  • Lead one-on-one and small group sessions that get results.
  • Create customised workouts tailored to each member's goals.
  • Push members to achieve new milestones and celebrate their wins.
  • Track progress and provide actionable feedback.
  • Stay ahead of fitness trends and bring fresh, innovative training to every session.
  • Make the club a friendly, empowering space for all members.

What We're Looking For:

  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years' experience as a Personal Trainer, ideally in a gym or health club.
  • Excellent people skills – you motivate, inspire, and connect.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise , nutrition, and injury prevention.
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
