Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate III Carpentry
  • Experience in Commerical construction projects
  • Broad knowledge of building practices
  • Must be efficient with reading plans and drawing details
  • Can do attitude
  • Must have a keen understanding of all building trades not just carpentry.
  • Own comprehensive set of carpentry tools and equipment
  • Full, unrestricted Australian driver's licence

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Take on all carpentry related tasks as required in the construction process.
  • Work with and maintain subcontractor relationships
  • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors
  • Ensure the site complies with OHS and environmental standards
  • Work within scheduled timeframes to prevent project delays
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of Dubbo for extended periods
