What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience
    with KPIs in luxury retail, premium spirits, or pop-up environments, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills
    to confidently engage with customers and build instant rapport
  • Flawless grooming and professional presentation
    to represent a premium Australian brand
  • Results-driven, confident, and engaging
    , with a proactive approach to closing sales
  • Knowledge of, or interest in premium spirits
    , with the ability to speak confidently about flavour profiles and product qualities (full training provided)
  • Customer care
    proactively approach customers and host them within the retail pop-up space, introducing the brand and guiding customers through the range of products
  • Over 18
    with a valid RSA certificate for Victoria
  • Availability on weekends
    and flexibility for varying shifts
  • Store Supervisor and Casual
    roles available
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    including excellent written and oral communication skills, and neat personal presentation
  • Strong computer literacy
    with accurate data entry a key requirement

Role Includes:

  • Proactively approaching customers
    to spark conversations, share the Archie Rose story, and convert interest into sales
  • Offering guided tastings
    of our premium spirits to create memorable brand experiences
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and stock standards
    to ensure the pop-up always looks exceptional
  • Operating POS systems, iPads, and activation tools
    , and managing daily set-up and pack-down outside trading hours
  • Compliance
    with RSA requirements, venue WHS requirements, ABAC requirements and Archie Rose guidelines
  • Reporting on daily sales, stocktake, customer feedback and experience
  • Positively represent
    the Archie Rose brand and promote brand loyalty and delightful customer experiences.

This is a
fixed-term role
for a limited-time Archie Rose pop-up Melbourne Central — perfect for results-focused salespeople with a valid RSA.
