Moriah College is a vibrant, independent co-educational Jewish school offering Preschool to Year 12 education. Located between Centennial Park and Queens Park, just a short walk from Bondi Junction, our campus is nestled in one of Sydney's most desirable locations.

We are excited to be able to welcome two experienced Primary School Teachers to join Moriah College on a permanent basis, commencing Term 1, 2026. These roles are ideal for passionate educators looking to make a meaningful contribution within a supportive and dynamic school community.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality teaching and learning programs that are differentiated to meet students' needs
  • Utilise positive education and wellbeing practices to guide students to strengthen their relationships, enhance resilience, promote mindfulness and build wellbeing
  • Provide educational adjustments required to cater for individual student needs for both high potential/high performing learners as well as those with disabilities
  • Work as a collaborative and reflective member of the faculty
  • Participate in the Co-Curricular life of the College
  • Be committed to ongoing professional learning

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • NESA approved qualification to teach in a Primary setting
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Have relevant teaching experience within the NSW Curriculum and a passion for learning and teaching
  • Understand the needs of high potential learners
  • Have demonstrated experience in implementing educational best practice
  • Possess well developed collaboration and interpersonal skills with both students and adults
  • A strong work ethic, displaying determination, self-motivation and curiosity
  • Be passionate about inspiring young people to achieve the best version of themselves
  • A valid working with children check
