We are looking for an energetic and motivated Casual Sales Consultant to join our team at Sportscraft. Multiple locations in North Sydney, including: Mosman, Chatswood, St Ives and Northbridge.

About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About You
- Customer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)
- A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
- An obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industry
- Thrive on team work and collaboration
- Are goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targets
- Become an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.
