Digital Content Specialist (12-Month Contract)

Are you ready to take your digital content career to the next level? We're looking for a Digital Content Specialist who knows how to turn data into rich, engaging online experiences that drive results. If you're equal parts creative thinker and strategic doer — this is your moment.

At Fantastic Furniture, we believe great design should be accessible to everyone. In this role, you'll help shape how Australia shops online by leading content, driving campaigns, and making every product page count.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire a small offshore content team to deliver SEO-optimised, on-brand content.

Own and execute content and campaign strategies across our website, social, and product pages.

Use insights to boost key metrics — from conversion rates to bounce rates and beyond.

Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Tech teams to bring campaigns to life.

Manage partners and external agencies to ensure smooth, high-quality content delivery.

Take charge of digital merchandising and product execution — from launches to promos. What You'll Bring 3+ years in ecommerce or multi-channel retail (mid-level sweet spot).

Strong hands-on experience in digital content, campaigns, and online merchandising.

Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects under pressure.

Working knowledge of CMS (Hybris or WordPress), SEO, and Google Analytics.
