Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Private Practice Physiotherapists on a subcontractor/percentage-based arrangement to provide high-quality, patient-focused services across our Hunter region locations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a professional and friendly setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and records in line with professional and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals and contribute to multidisciplinary care when required.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to ensure best-practice treatment and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia).
  • Previous experience in private practice is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
  • ABN (Australian Business Number).
