The Role: MC/HC Driver
We're seeking a skilled and reliable MC Driver to join our team in Karratha. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for Sadleirs, a leading logistics company.
Your role is to ensure the safe and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight.
About this opportunity
Due to continue growth our Transport & Logistics division requires an experienced HC or MC driver based in Dampier near Karrathato provide safe and efficient pick-up and delivery of freight for both Local and Linehaul to Carnarvon when required. These are residential positions and unfortunately FIFO is not available. Monday - Friday 38 Hours with the opportunity of weekend overtime
Skills, licences and experience required for the position
- Current MC or HC Class Drivers Licence (for the successful candidate we are willing to assist an upgrade to MC)
- Current and valid Forklift Licence (desirable)
- DG Licence (desirable)
- MSIC card (desirable)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- WA Fatigue Management within three (3) years
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven experience in following safety procedures
- Willingness to undertake and clear a full Medical & drug & alcohol fitness assessment, including a Commercial Driver Fitness assessment
- Theright to live and workin Australia.
