Customer Support Engineer – Perth Australia
We are now seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer to be based in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading company in a key customer-facing position that is growing.

Job Description (includes But Not Limited To)
Based in Western Australia, you will be a member of 17 Engineers nationally responsible maintenance of XRF, XRD and SPE instruments across Australasia such as:

• Installation, commissioning and calibration
• Preventative maintenance work on instruments
• Responding to breakdown calls as required

On call and Weekend work may apply. This role involves extensive travel, at least 80% of your time both within Perth, remote mine sites and interstate, is the norm of this role, Occasional overseas travel may also be required.

Job Requirements

• 5 + years of field service experience
• Advanced Diploma or above in Electronics, good electro-mechanical skills are needed to be successful in this role
• West Australian serviceman's radiation safety license would be an advantage
• IT literate
• The ability to travel at short notice
• Passionate about customer service
• X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction or neutron analysis experience would be an advantage
