What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and fitting a range of 4x4 accessories – bull bars, winches, suspension, lighting, and more
- Assisting customers with expert advice on the best gear for their vehicles
- Reading and interpreting fitting instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and workshop safety
- Building strong relationships with customers and delivering top-notch service
- Staying up to date with the latest 4WD products and technologies

Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in 4x4 accessory fitting, mechanical, or auto electrical background
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in 4x4 accessory fitting, mechanical, or auto electrical work
- Strong mechanical aptitude – confident with hand and power tools
- Solid understanding of 4x4 systems, vehicle modifications, and aftermarket gear
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Understanding of workshop safety practices (WHS)
- Great problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and a strong customer service focus
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
