Position Summary:

The Performance Marketing Specialist brings MYMC's paid media to life across search, social, programmatic and display channels, owning hands-on campaign execution, optimisation and reporting.

With deep expertise in SEM, Google Marketing Platforms (including SA360) and channels like Meta and TikTok, this role blends data-driven thinking with creative collaboration to drive acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:

Execution & Campaign Management

  • Build, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end workflows including creative briefing, audience targeting, bidding strategies and QA.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to brand and marketing objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics with a focus on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and NCA (New Customer Acquisition) using Google Analytics, Looker Studio and platform dashboards.
  • Maintain and update performance dashboards to enable fast decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale.

Testing & Optimisation

  • Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creative and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine targeting strategies and bidding models to maximise ROI.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to ensure cross-channel alignment.
  • Partner with creative teams to brief and deliver high-performing assets.
  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage segmentation and audience insights.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing or paid media, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands (agency experience also considered).
  • Proven expertise in SEM and Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Google Tag Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, QA discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and dynamic optimisation.
  • Exposure to attribution modelling and cohort analysis.
  • Experience with affiliates and affiliate networks.
  • Experience with tools such as Looker Studio and CDPs.
