About You

You will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, analytic skills and the ability to lead client engagements. You have a keen interest in helping businesses thrive, enjoy learning new skills, and excel in a dynamic environment. You are highly organised and possess a strong desire to contribute to team success. In this role, your success will depend on your technical knowledge and depth, as you will be a key person in the decision-making process, collaborating with various individuals across different teams as and when required.

Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to and provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients and your key role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead, coach and advise a team of accountants
  • Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients
  • Provide oversight to ensure client solutions are robust
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members
  • Support the Director for BS&T where required

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience is essential
  • CA or CPA qualified
  • 5-7 years' experience in chartered accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies
  • Experience working within a client service environment
  • Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
