About the role

This is a pivotal, multi-faceted role for a professional with a strong technical and highly organised background. As our Production & Workflow Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, with our Account Managers, from start to finish, ensuring our high standards are met at every stage. This involves hands-on data management, operation of digital printing equipment, and meticulous organisation of our production workflow.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mail Data Processing
    : Managing and processing large, complex mailing databases for direct marketing campaigns. This includes data manipulation, list management, and ensuring full compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Digital Print Operations
    : Setting up, operating, and maintaining our digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This includes monitoring colour accuracy, print alignment, and overall output quality.
  • Production Workflow Management
    : Organising, scheduling, and monitoring the entire production pipeline.
  • Quality Control
    : Conducting regular checks throughout the production process to ensure all printed and mailed materials meet our rigorous quality standards.
  • Project Supervision
    : Overseeing projects and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless process and address any issues proactively.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office – in particular Excel
  • A strong technical background in mail data processing, digital printing, and production workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with co- workers
