About the role

Constructive Property Solutions' is seeking a Landscape maintenance assistant to join our team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our commercial properties located in Brisbane, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the gardening and landscaping industry with a reputable property services provider with future opportunities for advancement for the right person.

What you'll be doing

  • Mowing, edging and pruning lawns and gardens
  • Weeding, mulching and planting gardens
  • Sweeping and cleaning pathways and outdoor areas
  • Ensuring the overall presentation of the properties is maintained to a high standard
  • Assisting with minor landscape projects as required
  • Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the property manager

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role and be a fast learner.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  • Relevant qualifications or certificates in horticulture or landscaping would be highly regarded
  • A manual car license is preferred.
