Imagine working where breathtaking views meet exceptional hospitality. As our Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable experiences at one of Victoria's most beautiful destinations.

In this dynamic position, you'll oversee the seamless operation of our restaurants, conference and events spaces, in-room dining, lounges, and bars. From day-to-day management to leading a passionate team, you'll ensure every guest enjoys world-class service.

But that's not all — you'll help shape the future of our Food & Beverage offering, driving innovation, training and creating new opportunities to elevate our outlets and delight our members, guests and delegates.

What you'll do:

  • Inspire and guide your team in a safe, collaborative, and motivating environment.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service standards.
  • Train and develop F&B staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with management, kitchens, and events teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Resolve issues professionally and lead by example in member service excellence.

We are looking for

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or supervision within a large team 

  • Industry knowledge of trends in food, wine and beverages

  • Strong leadership skills to achieve a positive working culture

  • Conference and Events background is desired

  • A hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Sound problem-solving and conflict resolution skills 

  • Full working rights in Australia
