Join Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba as a Psychologist and play a pivotal role in supporting adults living with severe mental illness on their recovery journey. You'll work within a compassionate multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence based clinical services that make a meaningful difference to consumers, their families, and carers. This is an opportunity to grow your professional capability while contributing to a service grounded in values, collaboration, and genuine impact.

You'll spend your time providing thoughtful, evidence‑informed psychological care—conducting assessments, delivering interventions, and coordinating case management to support each person's unique needs. Collaboration will be central as you work closely with a broad network of health professionals, contribute to community forums, and offer guidance on complex mental health issues. You'll draw on your clinical judgement to navigate diverse presentations, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and support students and peers through supervision. Along the way, you'll continue developing your own practice through research, reflective learning, and active engagement in a team committed to improving outcomes across the continuum of care.
