Donut Shop Barista

We are looking for Donut Shop Barista / Cafe All Rounder in Westfield Woden.

We offer great schedule for candidates who are looking for consistent weekly roster, people who are available on most days especially Monday-Friday are greatly preferred.

What we need from you:

• Opening store, putting things into position, adjusting grinder for coffee beans
• Taking orders from customers, including donuts, coffee, frappe, etc.
• Making Coffee (standard recipe: flat white, latte, cappuccino, mocha, etc.)
• Making other drinks like Frappes following set recipes (easy to learn, cheat sheet provided)
• General cleaning and dish washing (must be keen to share dishes washing with the rest of the team and keep the place clean as you go)
• Restock with a well built system and checklist
• Great communication skills, build a positive relationship with customers
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Relevant hospitality experience is greatly preferred, while trainings can be provided - your can-do attitude and ability to learn fast is the key success factor for this job.

**Penalty rate (extra pay 25%) applies for casual. Different rates may apply for juniors/under 21yo.
