About the Role

As a Junior Help Desk Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technical staff providing first-level support and learning how real-world production software operates.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing basic technical support to customers via phone, email and remote access
  • Assisting with software setup, installation and configuration
  • Troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues
  • Following support processes and escalation procedures
  • Documenting issues, fixes and technical procedures
  • Continuously learning our products and systems

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a strong interest in IT, software or technical support
  • Are confident using computers and everyday tools (Google Workspace, TeamViewer)
  • Can think logically through problems and follow troubleshooting steps
  • Are proactive, reliable and keen to learn
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Can manage tasks and priorities effectively
Desirable (but not required)
  • Previous IT support or customer service experience
  • IT studies or certifications
  • Exposure to CAD or manufacturing software
