What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage the construction of new homes to the highest of standards, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on time.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Champion site safety: ensure all sites are safe, tidy, and all workers are conducting themselves in a safe manner.
• Master the job schedule: maintain and update timelines, confirm dates with each subcontractor/supplier, and ensure they have the necessary information to complete their tasks.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Victor Harbor, reporting directly to the Franchise Owner. Your core hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, though some flexibility may be required to facilitate schedules as needed.

The anticipated start date for this position is mid-to-late January.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in and extensive knowledge of the residential building industry. Trade backgrounds are preferred.
• A strong, non-negotiable commitment to safe working practices.
• The ability to work independently whilst ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed.
• A structured approach with the ability to supervise numerous homes concurrently.
