What You'll Do

As part of our Bro-Team, you will:

  • Greet customers with warmth and energy, take orders, and help them choose menu items
  • Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, juices, coffees, toasties and other menu items following recipes & food safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house (service counter, dining area) and back-of-house (kitchen, prep areas)
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
  • Handle cash, POS systems, online orders & takeaway packaging accurately
  • Restock supplies, manage inventory, and help with product rotation
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver efficient service during peak times
  • Assist in opening/closing duties as needed

  • A positive, friendly attitude—someone who enjoys interacting with people and being part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
  • Flexibility with hours (weekends, early mornings/late afternoons)
  • Basic food handling / barista experience is a plus, but not essential—training will be provided
  • A strong commitment to quality, presentation and customer satisfaction
