We are seeking an experienced
Compliance Manager
to lead compliance, governance, and quality assurance across all service streams and support our continued growth.

About the Role

As the Compliance Manager
, you will oversee all compliance, regulatory, audit, and quality assurance functions across the organisation. You will ensure our services operate in full alignment with
NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards, and DVA requirements
, while driving continuous improvement and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage policies, procedures, and compliance documentation

Lead internal and external audits (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, Allied Health)

Ensure organisational compliance across all programs

Oversee incident management, risk mitigation, and regulatory reporting

Ensure staff and contractor compliance (checks, training, inductions)

Support HR with compliance-related matters

Monitor compliance systems and reporting (e.g. VisualCare)

Lead and mentor teams to promote a strong compliance culture

Build relationships with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders

About You

Strong knowledge of NDIS, Aged Care, SIL & DVA
frameworks

Proven experience in
compliance management, audits & governance

Excellent attention to detail and risk management skills

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities

Ability to manage multiple compliance requirements across programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
