About the Role

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you'll guide, nurture and inspire young minds through meaningful, play-based learning experiences. Working alongside a close-knit team of educators, you'll create a positive, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and curious to explore.

You'll:

  • Design and implement engaging, play-based programs aligned with QKLG and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Observe, document, and extend each child's unique learning journey
  • Build strong, genuine relationships with children, families and the wider community
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure a caring, compliant, and professional environment
  • Reflect on your practice and embrace ongoing growth — because you believe learning never stops

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent) - Working towards this qualification are also welcome.
  • QLD registration or eligibility as an Early Childhood Teacher - Blue card or exemption
  • A strong understanding of QKLG and the EYLF
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a heart for helping every child thrive
