The Role

As Area Manager, you'll oversee up to 8 centres in Mackay and Rockhampton, supporting Centre Managers and their teams to deliver high-quality care and education. You will:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire Centre Managers and teams

  • Ensure compliance with all ECEC regulations and policies

  • Drive occupancy, quality, and performance outcomes

  • Foster strong connections with families, teams, and the community

  • Travel regularly to provide on-the-ground support

What You Bring

  • Multi-site leadership experience (Area/Cluster/Operations Manager or similar)

  • Strong knowledge of ECEC regulations

  • Exceptional people leadership and coaching skills

  • A strong commitment to safety

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on safety, quality & compliance

  • Great communication & stakeholder management

  • Resilience and adaptability

  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
