In this role you will:

• Support the Rail Systems (RS) Construction Lead and Senior Project Engineer with site coordination for the assigned section of the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport (SMWSA) Project.
• Monitor installation progress and compile reports to support the construction interface and handover process from CIVIL to Siemens Rail Systems.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Project framework and procedures (Configuration management, Change management, RFI).
• Support project teams as required, including the Construction team, Planning team, Logistics team, Quality team, and EHS team.
• Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to coordinate the best outcome for the project.
• Implement Project Management guidelines and processes, and coordinate amongst respective functional organizations.
• Administer and ensure adherence to Project Management policies, guidelines, programs, and standards.
• Support the RS Construction Lead and Project Engineer with preparing and contributing to contractual/commercial matters upon request.
• Analyze workflow environment and propose improvements in PM operations.
• Coordinate technical solutions within the SMWSA consortium, including associated sub-contractors.

• Engineering Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or equivalent.
• Professional Construction or T&C experience of more than 2 years on complex Infrastructure Projects.
• Demonstrated site experience on Civil, MEP, or Track delivery.
• Demonstrated experience with Quality management (ITPs, ITRs, and Defect management).
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and/or night shifts when required.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
