Your new role

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will step into a pivotal role as APS5 Advisor, supporting a high-performing operations team. You'll manage complex enquiries, interpret legislation, and provide expert guidance on escalated matters. A key part of your role will be coaching and developing staff capability, driving process improvements, and implementing operational and legislative changes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Applying sound judgement and problem-solving skills to complex regulatory matters.
• Interpreting and applying legislative frameworks with confidence.
• Responding to client needs while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes and support continuous improvement.
