About the business and the role
CPAP Care is an established and highly regarded independent provider of CPAP equipment and related services. Established 14 years ago, we have a network of 6 clinics servicing Melbourne and the Eastern Suburbs.
In this position you will be working as a CPAP therapist and organising the day to day operation of one of our busy clinics. Your focus will be helping people with sleep apnoea get started on CPAP therapy, as well as supporting existing patients and their sleep physicians. The role also covers answering incoming calls across our business and making appointments as required for patients. Training will be given for products to assist with walk in sales as required.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Principal clinic activities include:
demonstration and trial of CPAP equipment
sale of CPAP machines, masks, accessories and spare parts
ongoing patient care and monitoring
preparing reports
strengthening relationships with physicians and sleep labs
stock control and ordering
- general clinic organisation
- phone sales and enquiries
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has experience in CPAP therapy or a related health industry ideally.
We are happy to train the right candidate if you don't have experience but think you are a quick learner and you are good with a variety of people
