We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, and physically capable individual to join the production team as a Concrete Picker/Production Labourer. This role offers a fantastic gateway into the industry, providing a clear path to a permanent position and valuable training on heavy machinery.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

This position is varied and involves both highly focused indoor work and general outdoor site duties:

Production & Quality Control (Indoor)

• Work from a dedicated, air-conditioned control room/picking station.
• Your primary task is to efficiently pick and remove concrete debris and other foreign materials as they move along a conveyor belt at the crushing plant.
• Throw the removed materials accurately into the designated shoot or bin for disposal.

General Labouring & Site Maintenance (Outdoor)

• Perform general site upkeep and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct pressure washing of plant machinery, walkways, and infrastructure to maintain site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist the team with general manual labouring duties as directed.
• Safely transport materials using a wheelbarrow.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must meet the following non-negotiable criteria to be considered for the role:

• Safety Certification: A current and valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Transport: A current Driver's Licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to the Mount Cotton site.
• Physical Fitness: The ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including repetitive motion and lifting (required for the concrete picking duty).
• Commitment: Reliability, strong work ethic, and adherence to all site safety protocols.
