About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves residential cleaning, ensuring homes are spotless and welcoming for our clients. You will typically work between 18–24 hours per week, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs. Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

While this is a casual position, we're seeking people who are looking for reliable, ongoing work and want to be part of our team for the longer term. Stability and commitment are important to us so we can provide consistent service to our clients and a supportive environment for our team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • General cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas to a high standard
  • Following a checklist to meet client expectations
  • Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards
  • Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and the team

About You:

  • You have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
  • You can work independently and follow instructions
  • You are open to receiving and applying feedback to improve your skills
  • You have a reliable car and a valid driver's license
  • You can commit to working during school holidays
  • Prior cleaning experience is a bonus, but not essential – we're happy to train the right candidate

Requirements:

  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Police check or willingness to produce one
  • Working rights in Australia
