About the role
Join ANC Motors' team as a Yard Hand in our Capalaba, Queensland location. As a Yard Hand, you will be responsible for maintaining our vehicle yard and ensuring a safe and organised working environment. This is a full-time position that will see you play a vital role in supporting our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Ensuring the vehicle yard is kept tidy and organised
- Performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as washing, cleaning and fuelling vehicles
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Providing support to the sales and service teams as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
- Reporting any issues or concerns to the Yard Supervisor
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Yard Hand or in a similar labouring role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid manual driver's licence
- A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
