Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group, boasting 11 retail stores across Sydney and Maitland. We cultivate, source, and sell an extensive selection of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares, and gifts.

This casual pool position and is designed to provide coverage to our retail stores throughout the Greater Sydney area. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment and want shifts that work around their schedules. If you are customer-focused, sales-driven and love the retail space, then this could be the perfect fit.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist product enquiries
  • Drive sales with friendly and knowledgeable support.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-stocked and inviting work area
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

To succeed in this role, you will bring the following:

  • Proven sales experience
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Background in retail, landscaping or similar hands-on roles
  • A proactive and reliable mindset
  • Enjoyment of outdoor work and teamwork
  • Initiative and reliability
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Australian drivers licence and access to your own private vehicle
  • Forklift licence a bonus
