The Role
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead for a 12 month period to design, develop and deliver learning programs that will support a major transformation project at Hollard.
Reporting to the Learning and Knowledge Manager, you'll partner with the project team and key stakeholders to ensure training is engaging, effective and aligned to business needs.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the learning approach for a program of work that will deliver meaningful and lasting change across the business.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Partner with SMEs to identify learning needs through the execution of training needs analysis
- Engage with key stakeholders and identify training requirements, based on the change impact assessment and project scope
- Ensure all training content is accurate, compliant and relevant
- Support the registrations, delivery and evaluation of all training courses to meet project needs
- Partner with SMEs in the preparation and delivery of project training programs to leverage from current initiatives, to ensure a consistent approach to learning is applied
- Develop blended learning solutions that including learning programs, eLearning courses, videos and animations
- Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions as required
About You
- Proven experience delivering and developing strategies within large scale, complex, agile programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with Senior leaders
- Experience developing success measures and reporting on progress and outcomes, to a diverse stakeholder group
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presenting skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Financial Services experience in an insurance and fast paced operational environment (highly desirable)
