What's the role?
We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Partner, working closely with senior leaders to deliver key people initiatives across transformation, culture, engagement, reward, inclusion & diversity, and organisational change. Reporting to the Head of HRBP, this role offers the chance to lead impactful, large-scale change while being deeply embedded in the business. You'll be supported by our centres of excellence and collaborate with leaders at all levels to drive meaningful outcomes.

What do I need?
We're looking for someone who's confident, curious, and ready to make a difference. You'll thrive if you bring:

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex environments.
  • Strong judgement and problem-solving skills with a commercial edge.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change and organisational structure design.
  • The ability to lead through change and bring people with you.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence at all levels.
