We are seeking skilled and entry-level Glass Processors to join our production team. You will be trained or assigned based on experience across one or more of the following areas:

Key Processing Areas:

  • Glass Cutting (Float Line)
  • Waterjet Cutting (CNC)
  • Furnace Operation
  • Edgework Lines (Bevelling, Polishing)
  • Custom Lamination (PVB, SGP interlayers)

About You:

  • Prior experience in glass processing or similar factory work highly regarded, but not essential

  • Committed to working safely and following procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team contributor

Safety Requirements:

All factory workers must comply with FMI's mandatory PPE policy, including:

  • Steel-capped boots
  • Cut-resistant gloves
  • Forearm protection (gauntlets)
  • Hi-visibility top
  • Eye and hearing protection
  • Long work pants (track pants not permitted)

Training in manual handling and task-specific safety procedures will be provided in accordance with Victorian OHS regulations.
