Experienced Barista

Here at The Burrow our team is the essence of who we are.

We work within the South Sydney Rabbitohs Performance Centre and provide a offering for all the players, management staff as well as the locals in the area making us their local.

From you I am looking for;

• 2-3 years' experience in a barista role
• 35 – 40 hours per week
• The ability to talk to customers while delivering consistent quality coffee
• The ability to work fast when it's jumping
• The commitment to continue mastering your skills
• A strong level of consistency in coffee & service
• You can work one day on the weekend (don't worry we make it fun and if on occasion you need a full weekend off, you can always swap with other team members.)
• The realisation that you won't be a Barista 100% of the time, it is 90% of your job.  You can't be precious, we are a team

From me, you'll receive
