We're now looking for an experienced People & Culture Partner to join our Australian People and Culture team. Working across multiple sites, this is a varied role for someone who enjoys autonomy, pace and partnering closely with leaders in both operational and office-based environments.

About the role

If you are looking to kick off the new year with a hands-on, high-exposure People & Culture Partner role supporting leaders across production operations, supply chain and corporate functions nationally, then this could be for you.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture – ANZ, you'll work closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-first solutions that support performance, engagement and growth while continuing to develop your own partnering capability in a complex, evolving business.

What you'll be involved in

  • Partnering with leaders across multi-site production and corporate environments on day-to-day people matters
  • Supporting leaders with employee relations, performance conversations, investigations and issue resolution
  • Delivering core employee lifecycle activities including performance, engagement, development and succession
  • Supporting leaders through change in a fast-moving operational environment to develop capability to support a 'leader-led' business culture
  • Contributing to people initiatives that build capability, inclusion, wellbeing and leadership effectiveness
  • Living and role-modelling our BOLD values in how you partner, influence and lead

More about you

You're a hands-on, commercially minded People & Culture Partner who thrives in environments where strategy meets day-to-day operations and where relationships, credibility and impact really matter.

Your ideal background and what you get excited about

  • 3–4+ years' experience as a HR Generalist, Advisor or emerging P&C Partner, ideally within a large, complex or multi-site organisation
  • Experience supporting operational environments such as production, supply chain, distribution, retail, FMCG or corporate head office functions
  • A Culture Champion who is confident handling ER/IR matters including performance management, grievances, flexible work arrangements, leave management and workers compensation, with empathy and sound judgement
  • Exposure to structured people frameworks (performance reviews, remuneration cycles, talent or capability frameworks), with an interest in understanding how these connect to governance and business outcomes
  • Energised by variety, pace and balancing operational needs with people outcomes. You have a collaborative mindset comfortable working alongside senior Stakeholders and specialist teams, while owning and delivering people initiatives at the frontline
