At Frontline Fitness, we don't do crowd control or generic group classes.

We coach. We lead. We build strong humans inside and outside the gym.

We're a boutique semi-private training facility in Belmore, specialising in helping busy parents and professionals train with structure, intensity, and purpose.

And now, we're looking for our next A-grade recruit.

WHO THIS ISN'T FOR

Let's not waste each other's time. This role isn't for you if:

• You're just after a few shifts to fill time
• You avoid feedback or growth
• You struggle with high-intensity phases or a fast-paced environment
• You don't take full ownership of your coaching, energy or results

REQUIREMENTS

• Cert IV in Fitness (minimum requirement)
• Reliable transport to Belmore
• Availability across mornings and/or evenings
• Strong communication and team-first mentality

Bonus points if you've coached in a semi-private or boutique studio, played team sports, or have a strength-based background.
