Diploma Qualified Educator

The Budawang Early Learning Centre is an established centre based in Milton (Ulladulla region) and we are seeking Diploma qualified Educator to join our team on a permanent part time basis working upto 75 hours per fortnight.

We're open Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm, and we are open to considering flexible roster option to suit the operational needs for the ideal candidate.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will:

• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led learning experiences
• Collaborate with a supportive team to uphold high-quality care
• Embrace the Centre's philosophy and regulatory standards

Selection criteria

• Currently enrolled or completed Diploma of Early Education and Care
• Previous experience in early childhood education is required
• First aid training as prescribed in the Education and Care Services
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training.
• Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training.
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of child safety, mandatory reporting, and EYLF
