About the Role
The Quality and Evaluation (Q&E) Support Officer provides essential administrative and compliance support to ensure CFA's Quality Management System, Operational Doctrine and Training and Training meet Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards. Working closely with the Q&E team, this newly created role is responsible for ensuring processes are followed, documentation meets quality requirements, and validation and assurance activities are completed efficiently.
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strengthening CFA's Registered Training Organisation (RTO) by supporting our Q&E team. In this role, you'll help ensure robust governance and compliance practices are in place, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience. You'll play a key part in shaping the quality of our training and operational standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and working within a collaborative, purpose-driven team committed to community safety.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong administrative skills with experience preparing professional documents, correspondence and reports
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to provide administrative support to a team or department, working proactively with minimal supervision
- Effective team player with a collaborative approach
- Analytical skills to identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with MS Office, database and knowledge of financial systems an advantage
- Experience working in a training or RTO environment will be highly regarded
