About the role

We are currently looking for a lawyer with 2 to 5 years PAE, with knowledge and experience in personal injury litigation including workers compensation, public liability or adjacent jurisdictions.

Duties will include

  • Independently manage a diverse caseload, ensuring all files are handled with precision and efficiency;
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings and appeals, maintaining responsibility for your own caseload;
  • Providing a high level of support to the team;
  • Drafting court documents, correspondence and advice;
  • Liaising with clients and assisting with client queries;
  • Attending court hearings, conferences and meetings.
