Maintenance Electrician – Real Estate & Rental Properties

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Salary: $100,000 + Super + Vehicle + Fuel + Phone

Type: Full-time, Permanent


About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Electrician to service rental and real estate properties across Brisbane.

If you enjoy fault-finding, repairs, and problem-solving without crawling through ceilings or doing heavy construction work this role offers stable, consistent work with strong support and great team culture.

You'll work across a steady pipeline of residential rental maintenance jobs with property managers and strata clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • General electrical maintenance: lighting faults, tripping power, repairs
  • Electrical fault diagnosis within rental and strata properties
  • Appliance servicing & replacements (dishwashers, dryers, hot-water systems)
  • Switchboard upgrades and electrical safety improvements
  • Use ServiceM8 software for job management and reporting
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, and team members

About You
  • Fully licensed QLD Electrician
  • Strong service & maintenance experience (real estate experience desirable)
  • Confident with appliance servicing, switchboard upgrades, fault-finding
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and manage daily job flow
  • Valid driver's licence + full Australian work rights
