About Green Growth Planting

Green Growth Planting (GGP) is a fast-growing NSW-based contractor specialising in large-scale planting for civil, commercial and environmental projects. We work with leading builders, councils and landscapers across Sydney, Newcastle and regional NSW, delivering quality planting and revegetation outcomes for parks, highways and infrastructure.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Civil Planting / Environmental Revegetation Professional to lead small crews on-site and ensure planting works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key duties

  • Coordinate daily planting, revegetation and establishment works on civil and commercial projects
  • Supervise 3–8 planters and provide on-site training and quality assurance
  • Read and interpret landscape and planting plans
  • Track production rates and complete daily site reports
  • Liaise with clients, site supervisors and project managers
  • Operate hand tools and small plant (e.g. planting bags, forestry spades, augers) safely
  • Uphold WHS and environmental standards at all times

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in landscaping, horticulture, or revegetation (civil environment preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead a planting or landscaping crew
  • White Card and current driver's licence required
  • Strong knowledge of planting, soil preparation and site safety practices
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work across multiple sites in NSW
