Here at The Coffee Club Greensborough, we are prepping for the most wonderful (and busiest) time of the year, and we're on the lookout for some additional friendly faces to be part of the crew that keeps the feel-good flowing this festive season and beyond.

Who we are

Our story begins in 1989, when two friends in Brisbane couldn't find a spot keep the conversation going - so they created one. The Coffee Club has been part of people's everyday moments ever since. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chain. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.

What we're after

We've got opportunities for:

Baristas – to brew the perfect cup of coffee and other fun beverages

Café Allrounders – our multitasking superstars who keep everything ticking along and sparkly clean

Shift Leaders – the captains of the floor, guiding the team with confidence, care, and a can-do attitude

We're looking for those with:

  • A positive, friendly, customer-first attitude
  • Hospitality experience or an interest in this field
  • Team players who bring energy, reliability, and a touch of festive spirit

These roles require applicants to have working rights in Australia and flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
