We're looking for a friendly and dedicated Educator (Children's Services Employee) to join our team

Located next to the University of the Sunshine Coast on the grounds of Siena Catholic College, we offer before and after school care, plus vacation care for up to 60 children.

At Siena OSHC, we value every child as capable and unique. Our educators support this by creating meaningful experiences based on each child's interests and needs—and we love welcoming input from children and families to help us grow.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

  • Providing nurturing care for children
  • Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
  • Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (ACECQA equivalent) or working towards
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
  • Effective workplace communication skills
