We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chargrill Chicken Chef to join our new team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to creating the best chargrill chicken in town. Experience with working in a chicken business is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook chargrill chicken to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality. Other items on the menu will include, salads, chips, chicken related products, wraps etc..

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.

  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef, preferably with chargrill or BBQ experience.

  • Experience working in a chargrill chicken store is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
