We are looking for two Dozer Drivers to join our NQ team at our Longton location. This role will be responsible for operating D10 dozers to carry out key earthmoving tasks such as dam building, land clearing, and general site preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies
  • Monitor machinery during operation to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently
  • Basic machine maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of machinery operation and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in dam building or operating D10 dozers.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to work with various machinery types and complete different tasks as required.
