Club Assist is a global market leader partnering with motoring clubs worldwide to improve member experiences. As battery technology experts, we specialise in the sourcing, storage, distribution and installation of automotive, motorcycle and marine batteries, alternators and starter motors. Our mobile service offering includes roadside services, battery replacement, alternators and starter motor replacement and vehicle inspection.

The Role

In this role, you will be supporting problem-solving initiatives across Inventory and Procurement function responsibilities, ensuring effective and efficient operations within the supply chain. You will work closely with the APAC Inventory Controller and Strategic Procurement Manager to standardise processes, support system development, and maintain robust inventory control documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support problem-solving efforts across Inventory and Procurement functions.
  • Collaborate with the APAC Inventory Controller to achieve process standardisation.
  • Assist in the sourcing and tendering processes for non-battery-related categories.
  • Create and maintain inventory control processes and associated documentation.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports using Business Intelligence tools.
  • Provide support to the Planning and Procurement Manager.
  • Triage inventory system issues for Operations and Supply Chain teams.

You must have:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, etc)
  • A keen interest in data, process improvement and operations.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communications skills and ability to work across teams.
