The Role

This exciting Store Manager opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys the boutique atmosphere and thrives in a hands-on leadership role. You'll oversee all aspects of the Sorrento store, leading a small, motivated team to deliver an exceptional client experience and maintain the brand's elevated standards in presentation, service, and sales results. This is a permanent part-time position, ideal for a leader seeking stability, flexibility, and work-life balance. Autonomy, initiative, and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the store's overall performance, ensuring sales, service, and operational goals are met.
  • Inspire and develop a close-knit team to provide a seamless and personalised client experience.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and uphold store presentation standards.
  • Oversee all store operations including rostering, cash handling, stock control, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate flexibility around peak and off-peak trading periods.
  • Liaise effectively with the Cluster Manager and wider leadership team, sharing insights and opportunities.
